Thank you for shopping with Bulwark! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies.
Processing Time:
Orders within Caracas are typically processed on the same day.
Orders outside of Caracas may take up to one business day for processing, (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been processed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping methods:
Delivery within Chacao, Baruta, and El Hatillo: Same-Day Delivery
Delivery within the rest of Caracas: Same-Day Delivery
MRW: 1-3 business days
Please note that we do not offer delivery or shipping on weekends and holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Bulwark Eyewear Refund Policy
At Bulwark, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses and blue light glasses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our sales are final. Therefore, we do not offer changes of styles or colors. Nevertheless, if you experience any issues due to factory defects or shipping errors, we are here to help.
I. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for products that have:
1. Factory Defects: This includes issues like scratches, broken hinges, or lenses that are not properly aligned upon arrival.
2. Shipping Damage: If your glasses arrive broken or damaged due to transit, you are eligible for a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund due to the previous two reasons, you must notify us of said defect or damage in the following five (5) days after receiving your purchase.
We do not offer refunds for:
1. Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from regular use over time.
2. Misuse or Accidental Damage: Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
II. How to Request a Refund

2. Provide the following information:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos of the damage or defect (if applicable)
3. Wait for our reviewal: Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions.
III. Return Process
If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.
The returned product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
IV. Refund Processing
We will process your refund once we receive the returned product and verify the issue. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
